We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Assistant to join our Dubai team. This role is critical in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate employee information and attendance records.
  • Monitor and manage leave applications and maintain leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, UAE labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
