Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support and service to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical and service-related concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
