Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a Document Controller to manage and organize company documents efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping within the organization, contributing to a smooth and systematic workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and update company documents in digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure proper classification, indexing, and retrieval of records.
  • Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the distribution of documents and track revisions and approvals.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and other official documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
  • Support different departments with document-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
