Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day cash transactions while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment efficiently and securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Prepare cash and cheque deposits for bank submission.
- Ensure all financial dealings are in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to support monthly closings and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier desk and surroundings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a corporate or IT-related environment.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with billing systems, POS terminals, and basic accounting software.
- Ability to handle transactions responsibly and confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
