Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day cash transactions while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment efficiently and securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
  • Maintain records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Prepare cash and cheque deposits for bank submission.
  • Ensure all financial dealings are in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to support monthly closings and audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier desk and surroundings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a corporate or IT-related environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, POS terminals, and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to handle transactions responsibly and confidentially.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
