Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resource operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that support the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee attendance tracking.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and effective manner.
- Promote employee engagement through initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and manage visa processing for employees.
- Support management with HR data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
