Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system outages.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
- Set up new user accounts, manage passwords, and handle access control.
- Support and maintain internal servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ensure data security, virus protection, and compliance with company IT policies.
- Collaborate with external vendors for system updates and maintenance support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
