The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting the team to maintain efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
